I am a fan of this supplement. It helped me a ton with my fitness excercise. It is not a super all-in-one potion that will turn you into pile of muscles without any exercises. Don't forget the vitamins. These products will only speed up the process but won't do 100% of the hard work - that's your job! Good luck!

Just to echo the comments above - these collars are bought by loving responsible dog owners who want to give their dogs an excellent quality of life. I have a patterdale/springer cross who is lovely in the house but whose flush and kill instinct I simply couldn't compete with. She has a cracking walk, romping around fields and ditches and copses but no longer goes off doing her own things for 45 minutes at the end of our hour long walk because she gets a scent. The people I bought my collar off were extremely supportive - they recommend that the dog is no less than 12 months old and also acknowledge that the collar is a last resort after traditional reward based training has failed. So the collar is used as part of the escalation process and the warning beep is fundamental. They learn really quickly that it precedes a shock and therefore delivering a shock is rarely necessary. In fact the shock is just that - no lasting pain (of course I have tried it!) which is needed when the dog has the rush of adrenelin. My dog now knows that me shouting "NOW" precedes the beep so I rarely even have to beep. The collars are fantastic - I wouldn't want to be without it and it is the only thing I have ever felt motivated to write to my MP about. I am dreading my next holiday in Wales!
